The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) allows Saskatchewan province to nominate applicants, who qualify under criteria established by the province, to the federal government for permanent residency status. There is no deadline to apply to the SINP. Saskatchewan Express Entry
The Saskatchewan province encourages a sub-category which complements the federal Express Entry system. The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program will accept 1000 applications under this Express Entry category.
International Skilled Worker- Express Entry
Under this sub-category, the Saskatchewan province nominates qualified candidates for admission to Canada under the federal Express Entry immigration system, without a sponsoring employer. This International Skilled Worker- Express Entry Category is targeted at selecting applicants who have the education, experience, language proficiency and adaptability to successfully establish in Saskatchewan and contribute to the province's economic development. Nomination is based on a points system, where applicants receive nomination under consideration of following factors:

BUSINESS STREAM
Entrepreneurs
Business applicants under the Entrepreneur category must meet the following criteria:
Large Scale Investor
Large Scale Investor is a sub-category of the entrepreneur category which benefits from priority processing. The foremost criterion is that the intended investment into the business is of at least $10 million CAD. Successful applicants are eligible to request the nomination of 10 critical members of their management team, who in turn will be evaluated individually by the SINP.
Science and Technology Stream
