Quebec Immigration - Skilled Worker Program
The Province of Quebec, Canada manages its own immigration programs with selection criteria that are different and more predictable from those of federal and other provincial immigration programs.
Individuals who wish to settle permanently in Quebec must undergo a two-step immigration process.
They must be nominated by the Ministère de l'immigration et des communautés culturelles (MICC), Quebec's immigration authority. Selected Individuals receive a Quebec Certificat de Sélection (CSQ).
An approved CSQ holder must file an application with Canadian federal immigration department. The federal government's major role in evaluating a Quebec application for permanent residence is mainly limited to issues of health and criminality
At Brainy Immigration, we offer a Free Assessment to determine whether an applicant is qualified for this program or not. Based on their complete assessment, we further guide our clients accordingly. If we do not find the profile appropriate for Quebec immigration; our RCIC experts are always ready to provide other alternatives for immigration to other destinations in Canada.
